With deep experience in credit strategy, risk modeling, and operational finance, our founder has worked across credit, tech, and compliance functions. He’s led pricing and restructuring for $100M+ portfolios and built CECL-compliant infrastructure. He also manages financials for a multigenerational family business.
In 2024, he launched a solo ETA search, reached LOI, raised soft commitments, and made the tough call to walk from a deal due to undisclosed litigation. That journey provided invaluable lessons in seller alignment, diligence discipline, and legal exposure — all shaping a committed long-term approach.
