Serenus Kairos Ventures is led by Monte Bolds, a credit strategist and entrepreneur with deep ties to small business. Monte currently works in credit strategy at a major financial institution, managing $100M+ portfolios and building CECL-compliant infrastructure. He also plays an operational role in his family’s multigenerational plumbing business.
