Serenus Kairos Ventures is led by Monte Bolds, a credit strategist and entrepreneur with deep ties to small business. Monte currently works in credit strategy at a major financial institution, managing $100M+ portfolios and building CECL-compliant infrastructure. He also plays an operational role in his family’s multigenerational plumbing business.
This dual lens of financial discipline and entrepreneurial grit fuels a mission to acquire and grow one great service company with patience and intent. Our vision is to operate a business that supports local job creation and contributes meaningfully to the surrounding community.
